Wild Roots: Little Explorers 🌿

Wild Roots is an 8-week nature + wellness gathering for little explorers ages 2–8. A space to move, get curious, play freely, connect, and grow together.
Each Wednesday we’ll begin together in a Welcome Circle before caregivers step away and our little explorers begin their adventure.
Each week brings a new theme to explore through breathwork, yoga, dance, nature, creativity, and play. Along the way, little explorers will have space to build confidence, make friends, get messy, use their imaginations, and simply be themselves.
While they explore, you get a little space too. Caregivers remain onsite at SWELL and are welcome to settle into the lounge, work, read, connect with other parents, or simply enjoy a quiet hour.
