Open to all levels -- although some Vinyasa experience is a plus. Join us for a wonderful end of summer reset - led by Marilyn Glasser. Expect Dynamic Yang movements to lubricate the joints and warm the muscles followed by quiet, relaxing floor poses that target the connective tissues restoring natural mobility and well-being.
